The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 737 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16990 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Excise Case No. 737 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
