Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is in two folds; firstly, he has been paid the provident fund without providing detailed calculation chart and secondly, he has not been granted the benefit of 6th and 7th Pay Revision and arrears as also consequential benefits. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of petitioner for revision of pay and fixation of revised pension on account of pay revision and the benefit of ACPs under the ACP Rules along

Patna High Court CWJC No.5009 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 with calculation chart of G.P.F. within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and thereafter ensure payment of the same to the petitioner, if not already paid, within a further period of one month along with calculation chart, failing which, the petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of filing of writ petition till the date of actual payment.
