Informant, father of Chandani Kumari a student of Class-IXth, minor filed written report on account of her disappearance and for that, he had shown his finger towards Rajesh Kumar Ram and his uncle Ram Balak Ram (Petitioner) who once upon a time was tenant in the same house wherein informant happens to be as a tenant. Victim has been recovered and from her statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) she had not put any kind of allegation against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner Ram Balak Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the
