This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 277/2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 256 litre of Eskuf cough syrup and also the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and also the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for regular bail

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 277/2022.
