2. Explanation of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi in view of reasons supplied by Letter No. 112 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 is hereby accepted.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.C.B. Crime No. 34 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 8(C), 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

4. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 30.12.2021.

5. Out of submission and considering the report of learned Trial Court as made available to this Court it transpires that all prosecution witnesses

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15557 of 2025(5) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 examined in this case and is likely to be decided by October, 2025.

6. In view of aforesaid, prayer of bail of petitioner stands rejected herewith.

7. In terms of report, learned Trial Court is directed to decide this case by the end of October, 2025.
