This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case no.225 of 2017 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that the police intercepted the petitioner and from his possession several fake SIM Cards and Bank Accounts were recovered and it is alleged that he is engaged in making fake SIM after collecting money.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the other accused persons have already been granted bail and the petitioner is in custody for about one month. The charge-sheet

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40297 of 2017 (2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 has been submitted against this petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the learned court below that once the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner, he shall release the petitioner in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No.225 of 2017 to his own satisfaction.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
