2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 217 of 2019, F.I.R. dated 17.08.2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has not honoured the order dated 01.09.2020 and as per instruction he has not deposited the single amount and he also fairly submits that despite of lapses of three years the petitioner has not deposited the single amount.
4. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15076 of 2020(4) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Barun P.S.Case No. 217 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.
6. Prayer is refused.
