Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, co-accused, Supendra Rai @ Upendra Rai fired at the father of informant as a result of which he sustained injuries. Petitioner is alleged to have pushed the grand mother of informant causing simple injury. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that specific allegation of firing is against co-accused, Supendra Rai @ Upendra Rai and this petitioner is only alleged to have pushed the grand mother of the informant. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur PS case No.572/2021.
