The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 12.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47762 of 2017 by which the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected and he was directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of six weeks from the date of order 12.10.2017 in connection with Biharsharif Mahila P.S. Case No. 100/2016, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Biharsharif. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30026 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 2/2 pray for regular bail in the court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail in the court below.

The order dated 12.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47762 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is disposed of.
