ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.160 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the confessional statement made before the police by the co-accused and that there is no recovery from the petitioner and also that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released

No.35926 of 2017 (2) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.160 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
