2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.12.2017 has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 261 of 2017 (GR No. 7949 of 2017) for the offences alleged under Sections 30(a)(d)/38(1) (2) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016, having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 15.02.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 6564 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event in a subsequent development, charges have now been framed on 26.02.2018.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the period of custody already suffered since 10.12.2017, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Special Judge (Excise Act), Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 261 of 2017 (GR No.

(ii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any similar offence till conclusion of the trial.
