The petitioner retired as Panchayat Secretary on 31.1.2012.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that even after more than eight years of retirement, the petitioner has not been paid a single farthing against dues as enumerated in para-15 of the writ application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has retired and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5332 of 2020(2) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 he has not been paid post retiral dues, the the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to finalize the post retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment entire post retiral dues to the petitioner within a further period of one month alongwith calculation chart, failing which, the petitioner shall be entailed to payment of interest @ 9% from the date of retirement of the petitioner till the date of actual payment.
