JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH) 21-06-2022 In compliance of the orders dated 22.11.2021 and 25.02.2022, reports have been submitted by the Additional Sessions Judge XII, Patna vide its Letter No.37 dated 23.03.2022 and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna vide its Letter No.705 dated 22.03.2022 in connection with S.Tr. No.609/1987 arising out of Bikram P.S. case No.81/1986, which are at Flag 'B' and 'A' respectively.

It has been reported in the report submitted by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna that the sole appellant Sahdur Yadav left in this appeal has died on 17.01.2022. Considering the report that the appellant Sahdur Yadav of the present appeal has died, the appeal stands abated.

Patna High Court CR. APP (DB) No.330 of 1995(9) dt.21-06-2022 2/2 Non-bailable warrant issued against the appellant vide order dated 22.11.2021 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, stands withdrawn since the appellant has died. Any interlocutory application pending, also stands disposed of.

The appeal is consigned to records.
