JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Caes No. 211 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal code.

Allegation against the petitioner and her husband of assaulting her father-in-law on the head by lathi. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation of assault against the petitioner and her husband and she is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below
