SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 By filing the present modification application petitioner has prayed for extending the time to surrender in the light of order dated 14.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50258 of 2013 on the ground of his illness.

The case has arisen out of matrimonial dispute. In the circumstances, I extend the time to surrender granted under Order No. 3 dated 14.01.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 1239/12 by four weeks from the day of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan).
