The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 28/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(I)(X) S.C./S.T. Act.

The informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that they came near her house and started abusing her by naming her caste and made specific allegation against Arjun Thakur that he assaulted her mother with sword on her head. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against either of petitioner no. 1 or petitioner no. 2. There is allegation against husband of petitioner no. 1 that he assaulted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16201 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 the mother of informant with sword. He has already been enlarged on regular bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 55130/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Rasulpur P.S. Case No. 28/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
