JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 453 of 2019, G.R. No. 479 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 436 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the contents of the case diary that the house of the complainant has been burnt with specific allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25422 of 2021(3) dt.10-01-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
