The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 39/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the sister-in-law (Nand) of the deceased. Considering the status of the petitioner in the family and the nature of allegation, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
