2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 405 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioners abused and assaulted the informant, her son and her brother-in-law by means of farsa and iron rod due to which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20562 of 2024(3) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature. It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 405 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
