Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Special Case No. 9389 of 2018 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from the bank of the river.
