Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhairabasthan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 for the offence under sections 399, 402, 412, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 28 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was apprehended in the instant case on 26.7.2017. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused and other co-accused have been granted bail by different benches of this court. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
