JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 07.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari) P. S. case no. 57/2015 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it is informed that petitioner no.6, namely, Balmiki Yadav, has already been arrested and as such his prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed being infructous.

Rest petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they mercilessly assaulted the

Phtostat copy of the injury reports of the injured have been annexed with this petition and it appears that all the injured of this case sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioner nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8, namely, Jageshwar Yadav, Kailash Yadav, Punit Yadav, Kara Yadav, Subodh Yadav, Sharvan Yadav @ Shravan Yadav and Pappu Yadav be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura (Sirari) P.
