The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.04.2019, seeks bail in connection with Garhpura P. S. Case No. 20 of 2018 dated 12.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 506, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In fact in the F.I.R., suspicion has been raised against Surendra Choudhary @ Sulo and Sujit Kumar, who along with 5-6

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16588 of 2020(2) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 unknown persons had indulged in indiscriminate firing and hurling of bombs at the informant. The implication of the petitioner is on the basis of confession of coaccused persons. Some of the other accused persons have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court which orders have been annexed an Annexure-2 series to the bail petition.

The petitioner is also stated to be a physically challenged person.

Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Rajeev Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.
