2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 547 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 74, 303(2), 3(5) and 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the allegation, the accused persons along with the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant and his family members. It is further alleged that the co-accused, Anil Prasad injured his head by means of 'daab', Nagmani and coaccused, Shankar assaulted with 'iron rod'.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific allegation of assault on the head of the informant is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15572 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 against co-accused, Anil Prasad. So far as this petitioner is concerned, the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that solitary injury was found on the head of the informant, as per Annexure-P/2.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Saran, Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 547 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
