It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to typographical mistake, the anticipatory bail order has been typed in place of regular bail order, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.19/2016, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari. Considering the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the order of anticipatory bail dated 19.07.2017 be corrected as regular bail order and the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45834 of 2017 (3) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.19/2016.

Accordingly, the order dated 19.09.2017 is modified to the extent, as indicated above.
