JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 19.11.2016, seeks bail in Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 639 of 2016 S.T. No. 144 of 2017 registered under Section 436 of the IPC.

It is submitted that merely on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused alleging that he set fire in the car and motorcycle of the informant, the informant has not witnessed the occurrence and during entire investigation except one inimical witness none has supported the allegation and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ajay Thakur @ Ajay Kumar Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge X, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif PS Case No. 639 of 2016 S.T.
