Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

120 liters of country made liquor was recovered from an auto rikshaw on which the petitioners were passenger. Submission is that the petitioners had no knowledge about the liquor on the tempo.
