JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 03-01-2024 In compliance of the order dated 31.10.2023, report regarding present stage of trial has been received and kept below in which it is mentioned that there are five witnesses and out of them two witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. Now, the case is fixed for evidence. Six months time will be suffice to conclude the trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as

Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period of six months as mentioned in status report, failing which the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
