The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mushhari P.S. Case No. 166 of2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The dead body of the victim was recovered and during investigation, it has come that one boy had attended the marriage and he wanted to marry the deceased and perhaps he has killed the deceased. Except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioners. The petitioners are husband and wife related with the informant. They are in jail since 09.11.2023.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20039 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushhari P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023.
