JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 31.3.2018, seeks bail in Pachrukhi PS Case No. 86 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120B of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of two mobiles and one knife from the possession of the petitioner, the mobiles are his personal mobiles, he has no criminal antecedent and he used to work as a labourer in Dubai. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Niraj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM VIth Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi PS Case No. 86 of 2018.
