JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2026 Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that after the order dated 03.04.2026, the Superintendent of Police, Jamui has disposed of the representation of the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.584 of 2026(4) dt.10-04-2026 2/3 vide the order dated 06.04.2026 and nothing remains in the matter.
02.However, learned counsel the petitioners submits that FIR has been lodged and charge sheet has been submitted finding the case true against the accused persons who demolished the boundary wall of the petitioner, no action has been taken by the Superintendent of Police, Jamui for ensuring the safety of the petitioner and giving protection for further construction of the demolished boundary wall of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State/respondents submits that the matter was referred to the DCLR and a report has been received wherein it has been mentioned that the matter pertains to dispute between two private parties and the Superintendent of Police, Jamui has complied the orders of this Court and it is now for the petitioner to take appropriate steps for reconstruction of his boundary wall.
04. Learned counsel for the respondents also submits that an interlocutory application has been filed with I.A. No. 01 of 2026 for modification of order dated 03.04.2026 passed by this Court wherein a cost of Rs. 2000/- was imposed upon the respondents and prays for waiver of the cost.
05. In the light of averment made in the interlocutory
Patna High Court MJC No.584 of 2026(4) dt.10-04-2026 3/3 application, cost of Rs. 2000/- is waived with warning to the State-respondents not to commit such mistake in future otherwise heavy penalty will be imposed. Accordingly, I.A. No. 01 of 2026 stands allowed.
06. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities concerned, DCLR or any other authority for redressal of his grievances.
07. Since nothing remains in the matter, the present petition is disposed of and the I.A. No. 01 of 2026 also stands disposed of.
