JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,149,341,323,325,379,307,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that for driving out the cattle of the accused persons the petitioner attempted to assault the informant with iron rod as a result three teeth of the informant got uprooted. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow. It is further submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Jamui.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
