Mr.Archana Meenakshee (06) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 15-06-2026 Heard Mr.Vinod Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. Archana Meenakshee, learned State Counsel.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for commanding the respondents authorities particularly the respondents no.04 for not rent receipt made by him;
(ii) for further quashing of para-5 of Jaanch Partivedan, dated 22.12.2025;
Patna High Court CWJC No.4208 of 2026(3) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 (iii) for grant of any other consequential or incidental reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled too.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it will suffice if they are allowed to approach the Circle Officer, Begusarai for the redressal of the grievance.
4. The State though has not filed affidavit submits that if a petition is filed, the same will be taken to its logical conclusion by the concerned respondent.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Begusarai in next four weeks. The Circle Officer, Begusarai is duty bound to look into the matter and take it to its logical conclusion within a period of three months.
