Para-6 to 10 reads as follows:

"6. That after disposal of the writ application the petitioner represented in the department alongwith the order of the Hon'ble Court. In the representation he has requested for

Patna High Court MJC No.827 of 2019(4) dt.22-01-2020 2/3 grant of time bound promotion selection grade scale as per rule 1993. the representation of the petitioner is already on record as Annexure-2 as the same is not brought on record by the deponent.

7. That the deponent has recently joined as DP (establishment) Saran on ----just after joining when it came into knowledge of the deponent about compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court he took steps towards that and disposed the claim of the petitioner by granting him selection grade scale.

8. That in anticipation of the meeting of the promotion committee the selection grade scale 5500-75-900 (Grade Pay 4800) as claimed by the petitioner has been granted to him w.e.f. 01.04.2004 through memo no. 1123 dt. 20.04.2019.

9. That it is hereby humbly mentioned that for grant of consequential relief to the decision the deponent has sent the copy of the order as contained in Annexure-A to the concerned treasury, District Account Officer and concerned Block Education Officer. The copy has also been sent to the petitioner also.

10. That from the fact explained above it is evident that the order of the Hon'ble Court has already been complied by the deponent. Some delay has been committed in compliance of the order that is not deliberate the deponent has recently joined there, there is no delay on his part. The inconvenience caused by it is deeply regretted and the deponent prays for excuse."

Patna High Court MJC No.827 of 2019(4) dt.22-01-2020 3/3 Considering the aforesaid, the Court does not feel inclined to proceed any further in the matter. If any grievance remain unredressed, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise the issue in appropriate forum in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
