Although the petitioner complains of infirmity in the bill raised for the period April, 1994 to July, 1994 but the writ petition has been filed 20 years later.

Mr. Akhileshwar Singh A.C. to Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh submits that the grievance in respect of the billing can be raised by the petitioner before the Forum constituted under Section 42(5) of the Electricity Act, 2003.

Be that as it may, taking note of the passage of time this Court is not persuaded enough to grant indulgence to the issue raised and the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedy that may be available to him in law. (Jyoti Saran, J) Bibhash/- U
