The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 431 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before me a web copy of the order dated 07.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6620 of 2020 by a coordinate Bench of this Court by which similarly situated accused persons, namely, Nandan Singh @ Nandan Kumar Singh and Sunil Kumar Singh @ Sunil

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26404 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 Singh have been granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 07.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6620 of 2020, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
