In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order of termination, inter alia alleging that the respondent Company has illegally terminated his services.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that when the petitioner has tendered his resignation, instead of accepting the same dismissal order has illegally been passed.

It appears that the relief which has been sought in

Patna High Court CWJC No.6880 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 the present writ petition is against a private company. The writ does not lie against the private employer. This writ petition is to be dismissed at the threshold on the ground that no writ would lie against a private company, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
