The petitioner disputes the correctness of the bill dated 27.1.2016 and being aggrieved he approached the Ombudsman. Annexure-5 of the writ petition is the order of the Electricity Ombudsman in Case No. 21 of 2015 and who on examination of the dispute, has dismissed the case as not maintainable in view of the statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Considering the nature of dispute herein, I find no

Patna High Court CWJC No.7448 of 2016 (2) dt.30-09-2016 infirmity with the order of the Ombudsman requiring interference. The liberty is already there in the order and it is for the petitioner to avail of the same.

The writ petition is disposed of.
