JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Rail Mokama P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of theft of mobile in a running train and later on during investigation it transpires that the same has been stolen by this petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather he should
