The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.269 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge are alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in one more criminal case. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and his period of custody, which is from 26.09.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.18179 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.269 of 2023. 6.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Musrigharari Police Station, District- Samastipur on every Sunday of the month.
