The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 143/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner that he killed his wife and it is submitted that the wife of the petitioner died due to diarrhoea. The informant did not participate in cremation. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation and the petitioner is the husband, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23444 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
