The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground pursuant to the death of his mother in harness on 12.10.2016, has already been recommended by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan by letter dated 5.6.2017 and

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, District Siwan is directed to pass necessary orders, either way, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order.
