The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 instituted for the

offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 452, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the F.I.R. that though the petitioners have been named, but no specific accusation has been leveled against them. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is a reason for falsely implicating the petitioners, which is a long standing enmity between the parties. It has further been submitting that considering this aspect of the matter, some of the other accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 83702 of 2019 on 02.07.2020. The petitioners claim to be the persons of clean antecedent. Considering the facts afore-stated and also taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection

Amnour P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
