2. In the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. No. 4802 of 2017, arising out of SLP (C) No. 39424 of 2013), the petitioner, a
Patna High Court CWJC No.5810 of 2020 dt.29-01-2022 2/2 compassionate appointee of 2017, has made a representation before respondent No. 5, but the same has yet not been adverted to and disposed off.
3. The petition is disposed off with the direction to respondent No. 5 to dispose off the representation dated 20th January, 2020, preferred by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks by a reasoned order, which shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
4. For facilitating this, the petitioner is directed to place a copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation referred to above before the concerned respondent within a period of two weeks.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
