The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khizarsarai, P.S. Case no. 195 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 427, 323, 506, 379, 447 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have damaged the boundary wall of the school of the informant and snatched money, mobiles etc. of the informant and his associates and also damaged the furniture of the school building. They also demanded Rs. 1 lac as extortion. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is land dispute between the parties and title
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45880 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 suit regarding the property in question is pending between them. The informant has not sustained any injury in the occurrence. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather omnibus. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 15.8.2017.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VII Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. Case No. 195 of 2017. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) rohit/- U T
