JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2023 In this case the bail application of the petitioner was allowed vide Cr. Misc. No. 75186 of 2022 on 03.02.2023. However, now Cr. Misc. No. 24842 of 2023 has been filed stating that the petitioner being away to Ludhiyana, he could not surrender within the time frame. He further submits that for the inconvenience caused, on his own, would like to deposit Rs. 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the Cr. Misc. No. 24842 of 2023 is allowed and the time for surrender is extended by further four weeks from today subject to payment of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24842 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 2,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
