The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 7 litres of Mahua liquor were allegedly recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by two persons including the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.06.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40266 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Abhimanyu Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura or his successor in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
