JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Sonbarsa Raj Police Station Case No. 52 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the petitioner's application for grant of anticipatory bail were rejected by orders, dated 01.12.2015 and 27.07.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. Nos. 46593 of 2015 and 30985 of 2016 respectively.

By way of present application, the prayer has been renewed.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39429 of 2017(2) dt.13-09-2017 2/2 petitioner informs that trial has commenced and out of 13 prosecution witnesses, 10 prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Court below to expedite conclusion of the trial since most of the prosecution witnesses have already been examined.
