The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case no. 429 of 2018, registered under Sections 384, 386, 387, 356, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding snatching of cash and mobile of the informant, Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case no. 429 of 2018 was registered under Sections 384, 386, 387, 356, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against unknown. In course of investigation, Kahalgaon (Shiv

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15117 of 2019(4) dt.18-06-2019 2/2 Narayanpur) P.S. Case no. 434 of 2018 was instituted under sections 216A, 399, 402 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act in which Dharmendra Yadav and Shrawan Yadav confessed their guilt and also detailed the participation of the petitioners in the present case, except that nothing has been collected by the I.O. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent, except, Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case no. 434 of 2018 in which they are on bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VII, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shiv Narayanpur) P.S. Case No. 429 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
