The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a Revenue Clerk. It is alleged that this petitioner illegally mutated the land and issued rent receipt to the purchaser, without informing the informant. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, informant challenged the order of mutation in favour of accused, before learned DCLR, vide Appeal No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13690 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 22/18-19 which has already been dismissed vide order dated 01.06.2019. It is further submitted that co-accused Brajesh Kumar, Circle Officer has already been granted bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
